Get your fur baby started off right to a life of stress-free grooming with puppy grooms! We recommend starting puppy grooms soon as they have had their second jags. The earlier the better! 
Puppy grooms are as much about the groom as they are about de-sensitising your fluffy child to the equipment & noises in the salon. Puppy grooms are for dogs up to 6months- if older please book Mini groom. 

Puppy groom includes a gentle bath using luxury cruelty-free vegan shampoo that is safe on puppies sensitive skin. A cleansing facial & head massage. A full body blow-dry with plenty of cuddles to make them feel safe, ear cleaning, nail trimming and sanitary trim. Finally we finish with a face trim, feet trim & spritz of perfume! 

Time for appointment- Approx 1.5hrs.

This service is available for urgent grooming needs outside of our regular opening hours. Appointments are offered at the groomer’s discretion and subject to availability.
A minimum out-of-hours fee of £30 applies in addition to standard grooming charges.

Out of hours appointment 

This fee is automatically added if you are 30mins late for your pick up time. 
We will always message you 20mins before your dog is ready to give you enough time to head over- this fee is if you are 30+ mins late for pick up. 
We do not have the space to keep your dog in the salon after their groom any longer than this due to our next appointments.

Conditioning treatment

If you know your dog is matted please voluntarily add this to your booking so give us enough time to assess their coat & advise on the best course of action. If the best thing to do is clip out the matting we will request your permission beforehand. Matting incurs an fee due to extra time for your appointment, extra care needs to be taken to remove matting, matting on a coat can cause strain on grooming equipment. 

Note- we will not brush out matting.
