A first colonic hydrotherapy session can feel daunting, and The Colonic Centre’s practitioner explains each step and checks in throughout to help clients feel at ease. Sessions can include gentle stomach massage, with nutritional advice offered alongside the treatment.

Absolutely amazing experience! This was my second one, I’ve had one before where you do it yourself but this experience was so much better. Marie spoke to me the whole way, told me information, consultation & advice was also fab! Made me feel really comfortable! Thank you so much!
