According to this ancient wisdom, the human body comprises distinct layers, namely the Stula Sarira (gross body), Suksma Sarira (subtle body), and Antahkarana Sarira (causal body). The gross body layer is formed by the five fundamental elements known as panca maha Bhuta, which include the elements of water, fire, air, earth, and space.
