My name is Sara and I created Outlaw Cosmetics in 2013. I've been a makeup and lash artist in Hollywood for over a decade. I hold 5 lash certifications and I'm also a lash educator for Bella Lashes. I take my lashing very seriously and professionally. Integrity is my back bone; If I can't deliver what you're looking for, I will be upfront and honest.
