Welcome to my page. I am Sports and Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist, I specialize in the treatment of overuse, repetitive, stress injuries and chronic pain management. My goal is to help you move better, recover and perform better. My skills include an array of musculoskeletal techniques from myofascial release to neuromuscular therapy, strength and stretching work. In my sessions I might use therapeutic tools such as cupping, dry needling, taping etc if convenient to the treatment. I am also a certified holistic therapist and in lymphatic drainage massage.
