Therapeutic massage blends intentional flowing strokes with targeted techniques to relieve pain, reduce tension, and restore balance. By addressing muscle patterns and areas of tightness, it helps improve flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being. 

Cupping is often included to release tight muscles and further support tension relief and recovery.

Therapeutic Modality Options :
•Traditional therapeutic massage with hands 
• Ashiatsu massage - broad , deep pressure using my feet , which allows for deeper work without the sharpness of elbows or thumbs, making it both intense and soothing.

*120 minute sessions typically allow for  therapeutic focus in multiple areas , while also allowing for a full body massage . 
-Appointment Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will result in a fee 50% of the session cost. No-shows will result in a fee equal to the full session cost.
