Greenutss 的初心是希望大家不僅關注卡路里，更能深入了解健康與營養。我們發現，許多香港人對健康的認識仍不全面，在這個資訊爆炸的時代，營養知識雖多，但仍有不少人營養不均衡。因此，我們兩位修讀營養的女孩創立了 Greenutss，希望為大眾提供更多專業的營養知識。 The original concept of Greenutss is to encourage everyone to focus not just on calories, but also to gain a deeper understanding of health and nutrition. We have found that many people in Hong Kong still have an incomplete understanding of health. In this age of information overload, despite the abundance of nutritional knowledge, many still struggle with unbalanced diets. Therefore, the two of us, who are studying nutrition, founded Greenutss. Join us now!
