An.. This is a technique come about over 18 years ago when my mother had cancer and lost her eyebrows.  I Have been using this ever since on my cancer  Clients  we do cancer Clients for free . We use this Technique  if you have no brow or little to no hair , the Henna gives it a base and shadow and the tint sticks to It  . It stays up to 8 weeks ....
