AYM was developed by Master Kusum Modak in Pune, India after many years of studying Ayurvedic massage and yoga. AYM treatments are adjusted to client needs on the day. We work with the breath, so that the body can feel safe to relax. Treatments can help induce a deep sense of relaxation and renewed energy, or also help soothe any pains, help restore from injuries, improve joint mobility, digestion, mental clarity, sleep quality, blood circulation, immune system fuction. Treatments include an oil massage with an ayurvedic powder (if appropriate), passive stretches and/or mobilisations.
