An Ayurvedic consultation is a personalized health assessment based on the ancient holistic science of Ayurveda.  During the consultation we will discuss your current health concerns, daily habits, digestive health, hormone health, skin health and assess your dosha (mind-body type).  This helps us identify the root cause of any imbalances and tailor a plan specifically designed for you.  Ayurveda consults can be done in person or online.

Initial consultation includes 1x 30 minute follow up appointment, to be used within 3 months of the initial consultation.

For returning clients only - Valid within 12 months of initial consultation.
This follow up session is designed for clients who have already completed their initial consultation and are continuing their wellness journey with ongoing support and guidance.

Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic oil massage that involves the rhythmic application of warm herbal oils over the entire body rooted in ancient Indian healing practices, Abhyanga is both a therapeutic and rejuvenating treatment designed to bring balance too both the body and mind.

Udwartana is a traditional Ayurvedic massage that uses a dry herbal powder or paste made from medicinal herbs to stimulate the body. A treatment that is especially effective for stimulating circulation, reducing cellulite, improving skin texture and for reducing sluggishness in the body.

Nasaya is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves the gentle application of herbal or medicated oil into the nasal passages.  It is used to cleanse, nourish and balance the head region including the sinuses, throat and brain.

Cupping is an ancient healing treatment that involves the application of cups on the skin to create suction. The suction helps to stimulate blood flow, promoting healing, releasing energy blockages and relieving muscle tension.

Reiki is a gentle non invasive energy healing treatment. Energy flows through all living beings and when it is low or blocked it can lead to physical or emotional imbalances.  Reiki helps to promote balance, relaxation and the body's natural healing processes by clearing these blockages and restoring the smooth flow of energy. Through light touch or hands just above the body reiki encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress, supports emotional well being and enhances overall vitality, helping individuals feel more balanced, calm and rejuvenated.

Reflexology is a holistic healing practice based on the principle that specific points on the feet and hands correspond to different organs and systems in the body.  By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, reflexology helps to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, restoring balance and relaxation.
