First session with Sylvia. I had the Myofacial release massage, Sylvia was really informative about what she was doing, I felt safe and calm in her hands. I had been wanting to try this for the last couple of years. It was unusual sensations in comparison to regular massage but I felt like a new person the next day, so much lighter in my mood and body. It felt unusual but I really noticed releases in ways I'm not sure regular massage has done. I will be booking again ☀️☀️

Sylvia is excellent. I came to her for issues with the right side of my face after a car accident I was in years ago caused tension and prevented me sleeping well. She released so much tension from my face neck and shoulder I honestly don’t recognise my face it feels so much more relaxed and it’s becoming more symmetrical. She is superb . I’m coming back in a few weeks for more.
