I’m Adam, a LGBTQ+ personal trainer in Manchester who’s passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and proud of their progress. I create a supportive space where everyone, especially LGBTQ+ clients, can thrive. Sessions take place at Manchester Aquatics Centre or other Better leisure centres across Manchester. We have access to 150+ machines, free weights, and functional zones.
