Friendly staff, clean and well maintained facilities. Great hot cold therapy session. Looking forward to returning.

Very good, then cold plunge was not very cold but otherwise very good.

There were used towels on the floor, and not tidy from previous people. The ice bath level was low and not as cold as previous visits. It would be good to be given bigger towels to use afterwards

As always, the experience is amazing and my daughter loves it, will be booking the next season. When she is back in a months time

I absolutely loved the Finnish sauna, ice bath & hot tub. Such a beautiful experience, loved every minute! Thank you ☺️
