As someone who is allergic to most lash adhesives, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to wear lash extensions. However, Jenny took the time to find a glue that works for me without causing any allergic reaction. Combined with the new UV technology she uses, I’m finally able to wear individual lashes comfortably. Her expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients truly set her apart. I’m a customer for life.

I’ve been going to Lotus for my eyelash extensions since 2024, and I really trust her\. Over time I’ve gotten to know her and I genuinely admire her as an entrepreneur—she is very humble and down to earth\. I feel like she truly cares about her clients and always makes sure my lashes are taken care of without ever making it feel like it’s just about money\. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands, and I appreciate the honesty and consistency she brings to her work.
