I’ve been going for a couple of months and cannot rate it high enough. You can really feel the difference in your body even by the end of the time slot. I’ve noticed a big difference in my performance, recovery, focus, mood and even skin.

Great place! You have your private session with full access to the sauna and cold plunge pool! Absolutely brilliant! 👍🏽

I imagined it would be a crowded place and I would have to wait, but when I arrived I was surprised. It was a private place where I could stretch, breathe, concentrate and enjoy the moment, just me. What a wonderful experience! Perfect sauna, ice bath at a good temperature and clean water. A clean, organized and welcoming place. I simply loved it and I'm already a member. 1000 stars
