I’ve been visiting Sue for over a year now and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She has been a huge help with ongoing shoulder issues, providing excellent treatments as well as practical advice on how to improve and manage them. What really sets Sue apart is the advice she gives outside of the treatment room. She has helped me with rehabilitation exercises and gym work, making sure I’m approaching things in the right way and not just relying on massage. Sue is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about helping her clients improve.

Very good consultation. Helpful tips regarding getting the most out of certain exercises like abs and a thorough massage to loosen up tight muscles.
