Sophie was full of knowledge and talked me through everything. It was at my pace and I was constantly asked if the pressure was ok . She explained why I was feeling the pain and how other muscles are affected too. I Will be a regular from now on and I have full faith in her abilities to help ease and loosen my neck following radiotherapy

I’ve been seeing Sophie for regular massages for a number of years to help keep on top of ongoing shoulder and back issues. I honestly can’t recommend her enough! Sophie is fantastic at what she does. She’s professional, friendly and always makes you feel completely at ease. She really listens to what you need and works on the areas that need attention and I always feel so much better afterwards. Sophie is great! She makes every appointment really enjoyable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now x
