She kept me informed throughout the process of the entire facial. She was knowledgeable about the products she used. She expertly evaluated my needs and gave me a facial tailored to those needs.

The facial was great, but I would have liked for the person who did the wax to have been more gentle; seeing that it was my first waxing experience
