The whole experience at Trace Medi spa was exceptional. The premises are amazing and the staff also. Sam was so thorough in explaining the process of creating my new eyebrows along with the after care and follow ups needed. The result was fantastic, I am so pleased to have complete eyebrows again that frame my face well yet look very natural

Micro feathering appointment - Samantha put me at ease straight away and explained every single step clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Already delighted with the results - Samantha is truly talented at her craft and a real perfectionist which creates a wonderful outcome. Great aftercare instructions too.
