Rudy was great and professional enjoyed my experience with her. Even though the waxing experience was great, I doubt I’ll go back. Being charged twice for lip is not professional. I paid as I did not want to make a scene in front of the other customer. Pricing for full leg, hollywood, underarm, brow and lip was supposed to be R965 and then additional stomach. Not stomach and lip!

Hi Zenobia, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve reviewed the transaction on our system and identified an error in how the additional stomach wax was processed. Your original combo was R965, and the system incorrectly cancelled the combo and charged the services individually, resulting in an overcharge of R280. We sincerely apologise for the error and any inconvenience caused. We will gladly refund the R280 to you, or alternatively, we can credit the full amount towards your next booking. Please let us know which option you would prefer. If you would like the refund, you can send through your banking details and we’ll arrange the payment. We will reach out on WhatsApp regarding the next steps We sincerely apologise again and look forward to resolving this amicably.

Great treatment from a professional therapist! Beautiful, peaceful location too.
