My daughter's facial with Pema was a 5 star experience in all ways. Scheduling was great. I loved that we could do it online, and then when we asked to move the appointment up to a time that wasn't available online, she was able to accommodate us. Her space is so relaxing to be in and the entire process felt very boutique/ personalized. She asks a lot of questions in advance and was really thoughtful in researching my daughter's allergies. She talked to her throughout the facial to make sure she was comfortable and also educated her regarding product routine for future use. So grateful!
