I am a Holistic therapist, Reiki master and Soul transformation practitioner. I know what it's like to have your body say "No more" after years of heightened anxiety led to a total adrenal burnout. Presenting with body aches and chronic fatigue, I discovered that true healing requires a mind, body and spirit approach. I use my experience to help others navigate the stress and strain of life.
