I felt totally relaxed after the drift away massage with Lucy.

Lucy was fabulous, explained carefully what she would do, products were lovely and room warm and comfortable - we both felt we were very well cared for in our chosen treatments. I think the Bailiffgate would be well placed to have an actual spa within the hotel, the only thing lacking. But overall, wonderful!!

She listened to my concerns, made suggestions. Very friendly and calming. I enjoyed my massage and facial very much!

My husband throughly enjoyed the experience with Lucy, very professional and felt relaxed afterwards. Will definitely be back.
