My first time here and Lily did a great job on my lashes today and I’m definitely coming back

The style wasn’t what I had expected, it wasn’t as full volume wise as what I had expected, the previous visit was with a different lash tech that no longer works there for the same style, I got exactly as I wanted and I was expecting the same outcome this time, but was disappointed with what I ended up getting. It doesn’t seem like the pictures in the glamorous set on the website when selecting the style matches what I ended getting. The fans were 3 strands very straight compared the ones I got last time where they were more spread out like a “W”
