All the girls are friendly and welcoming. Kristine asked what I wanted and did exactly that. Kristine also advised of special treatments and what they could do for my hair. I appreciated the help. I didn't get the name of the girl who washed and dried my hair, but she was friendly and chatted away. I was offered a refreshment a few times, which was great as I was feeling warm, so opted for ice water. My hair feels amazing, so soft, straight and no frizz. Kristine also advised of beauty treatments. Advised if appointments didn't show on the website to call and they would try and accommodate.

Fab experience today kirsteen was very professional ,love my hair cut, and was so nice and helpful giving great advice about my holiday

Kristine is lovely chatty and put u at ease she is very good at her job very friendly and i would recommend her to anyone 😊
