I enjoy every modality with different pressure from just wanting to relax to getting into specific muscle groups to alleviate pain and discomfort. I have extremely tight neck and shoulder muscles and went to Kristin for some relief. She was very accommodating, professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Kristin is an exceptionally talented massage therapist. I have been seeing her for over four years, and I truly look forward to my massage every single month. She is incredibly intuitive, always applies the perfect amount of pressure, and consistently puts me into a state of deep relaxation. Each session feels personalized and exactly what my body needs. I always leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and cared for. I cannot recommend Kristin enough to anyone looking for high-quality bodywork, true relaxation, or simply time to fully unwind and reset.
