My interest in remedial massage grew from years of moving, failing, listening to my body, and learning through recovery. My sessions are attentive, hands-on, and adapted to each person.

The staff and the massage therapist were all just amazing and made me feel comfortable straight away. The lymphatic drainage massage I had was amazing and the therapist was clearly very skilled and expert. Would recommend and will be returning.
