Another fabulous experience being cared for by Kate. She comes to you, makes you feel both pampered and also gives a small dose of tough love. Always a great conversation or she gives you companiable silence if you need it. It's a consistently good experience and my body feels great after. Thanks Kate!

Intense massage this time for a couple of very intense sore spots. The following day pulled up feeling very good with minimal pain and increased range if movt. Day two also feeling very good with minimal pain and increased range of movt so the intense massage seems to have paid off, now to see how long it lasts ! Thanks Kate 🩷
