Horlando Méndez

I have been a passionate artist since I was 13 years old, becoming a professional stylist and makeup artist in 2015, obtaining a master's degree from the medical school of Puerto Rico in cosmetic chemistry in 2022 to continue expanding my knowledge and give my clients security and confidence when performing a service in the salon and at the same time understanding the chemistry behind each hair.
