Amy brings clear communication to her massage sessions, explaining what she’s doing as she works and making clients feel comfortable asking about services. Her lymphatic drainage massage is a recurring reason to return, and the infrared jade and red light therapy offer another option for a restorative visit.

This is the greatest place to unwind, workout and meet many new and interesting people. Some become lifelong friends. If frustrated you unwind and feel so much better by the time you leave. I certainly do. 🏋️‍♀️❤️🏋️‍♀️
