There are hairdressers, and then there’s Franca. From the moment you arrive, she creates a warm, welcoming experience that feels truly special. She’s incredibly knowledgeable in everything from cutting to colour theory, and somehow always understands exactly what I’m envisioning. We discuss realistic goals, and she consistently delivers results that exceed expectations. She’s talented, intuitive, and a genuinely beautiful human. When I move across Canada, I’ll still be flying back for my cut and colour, that’s how exceptional she is.

Amazing my hair turned into something i wanted for birthday and to honor my mom 100 percent will go back hands down the best ever syltist
