My daughter and I both had the massage and hydro facial. Both were amazing! The technicians took their time, the ambience was very inviting and relaxing g, the host and employees weee very gracious and welcoming. We’ll definitely be going back!

It was good overall. My only feedback is the time range. The therapist ended 2min early. Since im paying for a full hour, that 2min matters.

Thank you so much for your feedback which is very important to us, sorry about the minute matters, actually for foot reflexology treatment, we let clients soak their feet in the warm water for about 5 minutes, so that they can get better results for foot massage. We have checked the camera, you went in the room 2 at 10:59, soaking your feet, the therapist came back to the room 11:05 and out at 12:00. Thank you for your asking questions and gave us a chance to explain it. Also we appreciate your tipping her, and we will continue to improve our services to help you reach your wellbeing goals!
