Declen is a fantastic stylist - knows his craft well and was able to achieve exactly what I wanted. I’m a busy mom and don’t have the luxury of time to waste on not having a colour appointment nailed… and he nailed it. Highly recommend.

Declen is a master colourist, he is so talented! Hands down one of the best in the city. Matt and Declen have created a beautiful atmosphere at Oak. Highly recommend
