This was my first visit to Knead. My appointment was with Deanna and I found her to be professional and understanding. I liked that she often asked if the pressure she was using was ok and she gave me some suggestions to help with my posture. I did feel better after the treatment so I'll monitor how I feel over the next few days. When it came time to pay for my massage I was surprised that the machine asked for a tip amount as I've never been asked to tip an RMT before. Because I didn't have my glasses on I ended up accidentally leaving a 30% tip but didn't realize that until I got home!

Wonderful balance between a serene spa and a proper RMT clinic. The massage was excellent- consistent check in’s on pressure and targeted treatment.

I had a session with Deanna and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! She is absolutely awesome, very attentive, and genuinely makes sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of.
