Each 60 or 90 minute session includes a discussion with your therapist to customise the balance of massage and reiki, helping release stagnant energy, reconnect to self, and ground the energetic & physical bodies.

This unique treatment combines all our favourites; breath, nervous system + digestive power, with the addition of our Face Reset & Flow — a focused facial massage designed to release facial tension, encourage lymphatic flow, reduce puffiness and gently sculpt the face.

This detox treatment encourages your lymphatic system’s natural cleansing + healing ability by supporting the movement of excess fluid and metabolic waste.

We use a combination of lymphatic + rhythmic strokes, remedial techniques, body cupping + organic infused balms, extending the treatment through the face, jaw, neck and scalp.
