Chloe brings a reassuring, personal touch to spray tans and event makeup, taking time to ask what clients want and help first-timers feel comfortable. She offers mobile spray tans at home, with clients praising the natural-looking color, and her makeup looks are tailored to their requests and have lasted through the night.
