"I was feeling nervous about getting my hair done, but Charlotte was amazing! I went in for full head foils to lighten my hair, and she completely put me at ease. She took the time to talk through every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. The final result is perfect—my hair blended really well and looks beautifully brightened. I highly recommend Charlotte, and will definetly be back.

Absolutely amazing experience! She completely restored my confidence in my hair and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She listened to exactly what I wanted while also making sure we did what was best for my hair.
