Charlie is a very empathetic person, and understands his clients' needs. I always feel better when I see him, and know that I will eventually be back to normal.

Charlie was very welcoming when I called and understanding of what I was trying to explain. Which made me more than happy to attend a session in person to see what he could help me with. He explained very well when assessing my arm hoping I can work with advice he gave me and see an improvement.

Charlie put me at ease pretty quickly. I found him to be down to earth and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough assessment before starting my treatment and listened if and when it got too much and I felt no pressure to return, as I have had with other physio's (who also charge more). Really happy and will likely go back again.
