The lady was not present at my scheduled time. She finally came in and worked on my hair. In the middle she had to stop and go and get a coffee. This is not acceptable. At the end she was trying to over charge me too.

Andrea is wonderful! It was a relaxing experience, and I like my hair cut and style.
