I offer a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and cupping. Each session is unique and tailored to your specific needs. Fantastic. Alex has great skill. In particular I like her ability to do deep tissue massage with slow targeted movements.
