Kate took the time to really understand the style I wanted and gave me such thoughtful and personalized advice. She was incredibly careful and detail-oriented throughout the haircut, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result! She was so kind, warm, and lovely. Ai (Kate) did a wonderful job with my haircut. She was very patient, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and checked in with me throughout the process. The result was exactly what I wanted! Her shampoo was also very thorough, comfortable, and relaxing — a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
