Yskamer is a boutique sauna and ice bath studio in the heart of Amsterdam, tucked away in the 9 Straatjes. One Finnish sauna at 90°C, two ice baths at 3°C and 6°C, and a calm space to breathe in between. Sessions are 25 or 55 minutes and shared with a maximum of four guests, so it never feels crowded. Or book the Private Spa and have the whole studio to yourself and up to five friends. Our guests are people who train hard, work hard and take recovery seriously: contrast therapy helps with muscle recovery, sleep, stress and focus. Our ice baths run on a UV and ozone filtration system, no chlorine. Swimwear required, mixed sauna. We also host weekly breathwork classes with sophrologist Laurine Karrer. Open every day, from 07:00 on weekdays. Five minutes on foot from Spui and Dam Square.
