I was lucky to be recommended to Sarah by a friend for myofascial release treatment. Sarah is incredibly intuitive, calm and welcoming - and has helped me tremendously in just 3 treatments - releasing pain from my back that l have been struggling with for a number of years. I cannot recommend her highly enough - l feel in very safe hands.

A wonderfully calm and welcoming environment and a sensitive but thorough massage. I am in orthopaedic post-op rehab and Sara's myofascial release massage is helping tremendously. Highly recommended!
