Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable.
