Hi I’m Shay, the founder of Much Kneaded Massage & Therapies. I’ve been doing massage for over 7 years, and have a background in fitness. My dream has always been to open my very own studio, which came true in 2024, my proudest achievement to date! My aim is to provide treatments that relax & rejuvenate! I’m a strong believer in self care, wellbeing & mental health.
