The experience was good until I washed my hair and it was very choppy and not smooth layers at all :(

I made an appointment. It started on time. I showed pictures of better looking people’s haircuts and what I’m trying to achieve. After a brief discussion ‘we’ got to work. Through out the haircut the were several small suggestions that I liked. She really spent a lot of time checking and double checking lengths. I appreciated the time and care that went into the cut.
