From a young age, I’ve been heavily involved in sport, particularly dance and competitive gymnastics. My own experiences with injuries sparked my passion for sports therapy and rehabilitation. I love understanding each individual’s goals and helping them regain strength, confidence and function, ultimately supporting them to return to doing what they love.
