For a long time I have had a lot of discomfort in my lower back, which made it difficult to walk, stiffness and cronic pain in my shoulders and neck. After just one session I have felt relief. I can walk without discomfort and my shoulders and neck no longer feel tight. I am amazed at the results . I have been back for 2 more follow up appointments and I'm definitely feeling relief. I would recommend Katrina 100%

I thought I would give Spinal Flow a try with Katrina instead of my usual Chiropractic appointments and it's the best I have felt in years. It's a much gentler process than Chiropractic. Recently I had a Lester Cox treatment for some muscular issues that I was having with my left arm which Katrina sorted out for me. Feeling much better. Thank you Katrina! Deb
