Jess was super lovely. She took the time to meet me beforehand and reassure me regarding the booking and made sure I was able to complete a patch test. Eyebrows were amazing, made me feel much better because they are super thin after years of threading. Jess was the first person I have seen that has been able to follow my natural eye shape.
