Prima mea experiență cu hair botox a fost la Dumy și nu puteam alege mai bine! ✨ Mi-a fost recomandată și acum înțeleg de ce. M-am simțit în siguranță de la început până la sfârșit, iar Dumy mi-a explicat totul pe parcurs: ce face tratamentul, cum să am grijă de păr după. Se vede că știe foarte multe și îi pasă de clientele ei. Pe lângă profesionalism, Dumy este o persoană foarte caldă, care te face să te simți binevenită din primul moment. Such a lovely experience from start to finish! She took the time to understand my hair concerns and what I wanted to achieve. Although I’d booked hair Botox, she recommended keratin instead, explaining why it would suit my hair better. We had some lovely chats, and I was especially touched by her thoughtfulness. When I mentioned I hadn’t eaten much, she brought me tea, water and a croissant! I’m so happy with the results! My hair is now soft, shiny and straight. Amazing service and such a caring person. Highly recommend!
